Exchange and Return Process
The products you purchase from www.zg-collection.com are shipped on the same day and reach you within 2-5 business days within the scope of the cargo transportation process.
What should I do if I want to exchange or return my product?
You must follow the steps below in case of missing, incorrect, damaged etc. product exchange and return processes.
- -For the Return & Exchange process, we kindly ask you to contact our Whatsapp line at +90 545 280 74 04 and share the product image and your invoice.
- -For the exchange or return process approved in line with the information shared, you must provide shipping with the shipping code given to you by our customer service representative.
- -The product to be exchanged or returned must be sent to us by courier together with the invoice from your cargo package.
- -In order for the product to be exchanged or returned , it must be unused and have the product label on it.
- -After the product you sent as a return or exchange reaches us by the cargo company, the exchange process can be carried out with the same or another product. Order or product separation, stock holding processes cannot be done before the product reaches us. The process starts after your return cargo reaches us.
- -When the package you delivered to the cargo company reaches us, you must contact our customer service numbers or Whatsapp line upon receiving the SMS notification from the cargo company and provide the transaction information you wish to perform.
- -Returns & Exchanges must be made within 7 days following the order delivery date. Transaction requests exceeding 7 days cannot be fulfilled.
- -RETURNS & EXCHANGES CANNOT BE MADE FOR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, ACCESSORY CATEGORY PRODUCTS AND UNDERWEAR.
Exchange & Return Procedures Shipping Costs
The return shipping costs of all products you send to Z&G Collection for an exchange or return request are the responsibility of the buyer (you).

The Product I Received Is Faulty, What Should I Do?

- Along with the product to be exchanged or returned It should be sent with the invoice included in your shipping package .
- It should be on the product label .
- After the product reaches us, you can exchange it for the same or another product. No order or product distinction is made before the product reaches us.
- When your Return & Exchange cargo reaches us, you will receive an SMS from the Cargo Company. When your cargo reaches us, you need to contact us.
- Once your cargo reaches us, exchange or refund will be made.
- There is no exchange or return for DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS, ACCESSORIES and UNDERWEAR.
- Returns and exchanges are available for online payments.
Will I Pay the Exchange Shipping Costs?
All products you send to mydukkan.co with a request for exchange or return going and returning Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (you).
